Celebrities react to Shatta Wale, Beyonce collabo

Award winning Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale is trending on social media for all the right reasons.

His shocking feature with Beyonce has gone viral with social media lovers reacting to the pleasant news.

To share his excitement, his colleagues have taken to their various pages to congratulate him.

Rapper M.anifest who was one of the first musicians to congratulate the ‘Gringo’ hitmaker wrote: “Shatta Wale & Beyonce on a track. We never hesperdedit. Congrats guy @shattawalegh”.

His former industry sworn rival, Stonebwoy also took to Twitter page to celebrate his ‘brother’ for chalking a major feat in his career.

2019 VGMA ‘Artiste of the Decade’, Sarkodie was also not left out of the congratulatory pool.

Sakodie who welcomed Beyonce ‘home’ also congratulated other African artistes on the album.

“Welcome home Queen @Beyonce officially. Big shouts @shattawalegh!!! And all our brothers and sisters on there … Big One for the culture,” Sarkodie tweeted

One of the leading pioneers of the dancehall genre in Ghana, Samini also celebrated Shatta Wale for putting Ghana on the map.

” This is huge man … congrats guys and most importantly to man like @shattawalegh for putting #gh on the map chale this is all the way up my Gee …. pah pah pah pah #akyesaaaaaaaaa,” 

Actress Juliet Ibrahim also congratulated Shatta Wale, Guilty Beats who produced 3 songs on the album and Yemi Alade.

The 14 song new album by Beyonce, “The Lion King: The gift” also features five Nigerian artistes, Mr Eazi, Yemi Alade, Tiwa Savage, Burna Boy and Wizkid and a Cameroonian and two South Africans.
