Actor James Gardiner has said the Ghanaian movie industry has run out of gas.
According to James, the movie industry which has been on its knees for years now will bounce back when the right measures are being put in place.
He made this known in a conversation with Giovanni Caleb on Showbiz 360.
” I feel the movie industry in a bit stagnant now. We sort of have the rhythm and everything but let’s just say we run out of gas. We know how to drive and move the car, we know all the turns and the navigation. We know everything concerning road safety but we’ve run out of gas.” He stated
” Here’s why”, he said while explaining that:“When you go to our sister nation, Nigeria, they have their government ably supporting. and this is not only in terms of funds only but they are very active.”
The light skin actor indicated that Ghanaian movie industry has enough talent to excel if given the right support from stakeholders.
