Gospel musician, Diana Hamilton has said she believes God used the VGMAs to elevate her.
The UK based singer indicated that God through the VGMAs open several doors for her.
Speaking to MzGee in an interview during the Women In Worship conference at the Dome of the Action Chapel in Accra, Diana noted that she was overwhelmed by the love shown her in the run up to the 2019 VGMA.
” The Lord doesn’t work backwards. God works forward and he says that everyday he’s doing a new thing and so the VGMA was another chapter that God used to bring me people’s attention and I’m grateful to VGMA organizers and all those who voted for me.” She said.
“Its brought me much closer to the people who support the ministry. To be honest, I didn’t know the kind of love I had until the VGMAs and building up to it when I saw how social media went wild. It humbled me and I’m grateful for every award that god brings my way.” She added
The “Mo ne yo” singer expressed gratitude to organizers of the various award schemes who have rewarded her hardwork.
“I won’t say its the award that does it but God doesn’t work from space, he uses people to bless so I’m grateful to all those who give me the awards.”
