Former signee of RuffTown Records, Fantana has admitted she forced her way to be signed on the record label.
The ‘So What’ songstress indicated that she literally begged to be signed to the label.
In an interview on Hitz FM with Dr Pounds, the budding singer who was reacting to the brewing drama at RuffTown records said her inspiration for joining label was the late Ebony and not Wendy Shay.
“What attracted me to RuffTown records before I move to Ghana was Ebony. She is the reason I wanted to be on RuffTown. She’s the reason I even knew about RuffTown,”
“But after she passed and I heard Wendy Shay’s Bedroom Commando, I saw that Bullet was still doing what he was doing what he did with Ebony.” Fantana explained
Adding that: “So I forced, I pushed, I called him I sent my video, he liked it and signed me. That’s why I was on the label because I pushed for that to happen.”
Born Francine Nyanko Koffi, Fantana refuted suggestions that Wendy Shay opened the door for her at RuffTown Records.
