Social media sensation turned comedian, Mr Eventuarry has explained that he sacked his former manager because he needed someone with more experience.
He told MzGee in a conversation that he needed some who was better connected in the entertainment industry to help him thrive in his new found career.
The former taxi driver who became an instant hit burst on to the Ghanaian social media scene with the catchy phrase: ‘you don’t know why is going on’ and an accompanying unique witty laughter.
His funny short clips was well received across Africa which landed him a gig at Nigerian comedian, Kenny Blaq’s Oxymoron 3rd Term event in Lagos, Nigeria.
But shortly after his return, Mr Eventuarry parted ways with his manager.
He however told MzGee on ‘The Gist’ that his intention was not ill.
” I can’t sack him but what I’m doing needs someone who knows about the industry more. Someone who is more experienced and can train me and that’s how I landed for the Kejetia Vrs Makola role. But he didn’t understand that”
He added that joining the cast of Kejetia Vrs Makola has helped him to improve his writing and reading skills.
