Budding Ghanaian soul singer, Cina Soul has disclosed that she was a victim of an abusive relationship.
The 23-year-old who tackled abuse in relationships on new track titled ‘Killi Mi’ explained that she suffered from emotional abuse in a past relationship.
Speaking in an interview on Joy News, the stunning songstress stressed that she has never been physically abused in any relationship.
” Emotionally, I’ve experienced abuse in a relationship before. In most toxic relationships you’ll have your partner say something to you that can break you so that said I’ll say I’ve been a victim but not the physical abuse.”
The 2019 VGMA female vocalist of the year nominee explained that she was inspired by stories she has come across the internet and her personal interactions.
Cina also revealed that her debut studio album will be released next year.
