Legendary Ghanaian Raggae/Dancehall star, Samini has stated that afrobeats musician, Kelvyn Boy would not have remained under award winning dancehall artsite, Stonebwoy till eternity.

Samini’s statement was in reference to the ongoing rift between Stonebwoy and his former protege, Kelvyn Boy.

In a conversation with Kwadwo Addo on TV3, the ‘Obra’ crooner stressed that the incident between Stonebwoy and the ‘Mea’ hitmaker is one of the normal occurrences in the entertainment industry.

” Its another incident in the industry and I believe that the industry has to embrace and move on from what has occurred because in every situation you look at the positives as you look at the negatives,” the 2019 VGMA Artiste of the Decade nominee stated

He continued: They’ve worked together for a period of time and they’ve mutually realized they need to part ways and that has happened. Unfortunately, because of the power of the internet today and the media’s involvement in people’s lives, it makes the situation more clumsy because everyone brings in their take and their opinion and the blame games continue.”

The Highgrade family boss who gave Stonebwoy his first exposure in the music industry indicated that Ghanaians should consider the issue as though Kelvyn Boy has completed his mission under BHIM Nation.

“In reality you don’t expect Kelvyn Boy to be under Stonebwoy forever. There was going to be a time that they will part ways so let’s take it as if Kelvyn Boy has finished whatever he is supposed to do under Stonebwoy and he has moved on.” the ‘Linda’ hitmaker stated
