
Ghanaian rapper, Kwesi Arthur has been accused of stealing the cover arts of his recently released EP by a graphic designer.
The ‘Grind Day’ hitmaker who recently released a 9 track album titled ‘Live From Nkrumah Krom Vol II’ has been accused of using the cover arts of the album without consent of the designer.
The designer by name @realreez on Instagram took to the photo sharing app to call out the Ground up chale artiste.
According to him, Kwesi Arthur approached him for artwork only for him to use it later without his permission.
He went ahead to prove his allegations with photos of the initial work.
“Kwesi Arthur came to me at home last year for the cover of his long awaited EP. I worked on it and finished it October 2018. Fast forward to April 2019 we have this blatant theft…
“This is not To embarrass Anyone, But to shed Light on more Cases like this.” Graphic Designer revealed
This is not the first time an artiste has been accused of using the work of someone without due recourse with the originator.
Sarkodie, Stonebwoy have also been accused in the past.
