Tamale based rapper, Maccasio has expressed his disappointment after he failed to win an award at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).
The ‘Dagomba girl’ rapper said he garnered a total of 116300 votes but was unable to bag the award.
In a Facebook post, Maccasio said VGMA should cancel voting and leave the board to decide the winner since no amounts of votes can secure your win.
“Cmon. 116300 votes couldn’t win a single category ?🤷♂️. I think they should just forget the voting side and let the board decide who wins any award. All those that voted,I thank u guys soo much. God bless you. The real winners🏻. #Maccasio #69fans #
