Ghana based Nigerian music superstar, Mr Eazi has announced that he will be paying fans who return used plastic bottles at his Detty Rave concert.
The Banku Music Boss introduced this initiative as part of his climate change and environmental protection campaign.
In a tweet, Mr Eazi stated: “With every bottle of water you buy, you get a GH₵1 back, if you return the bottle to the recycling spot,”
The ‘Tony Montana’ crooner added that, “water is 5ghc and if you return your bottle to the recycling spot u get 1ghc Back”
Detty Rave, one of the biggest parties ever, is set for Friday, December 27 at Untamed Spintex Road.
Artistes coming up for the events include America’s Rick Ross, whom Mr Eazi said was chosen because of the interest many of his team and fans have for the artiste.
Mr Eazi will also be meeting with National Service Personnel today as part of the programme line up for the concert.
