Ghanaian actress, Rosemond Brown popularly known as Akuapem Poloo has said the negativity that has characterized her career helps her.
According to the social media sensation, she is unperturbed by the constant bashing she receives because she loves it.
She told MzGee in a conversation on ‘The Gist’ that she gets the needed attention when she posts on social media than some A list celebrities.
“I know people really love me. Some even put their notification on not to miss anything I post. And the negativity aspect helps. I love it so much and that’s why I respond to each and every comment on my posts so that they’ll keep coming,”
Akuapem Poloo who wants to be known as ‘Sexy Poloo’ in an attempt to venture in the music industry said she wants to work with Nicki Minaj and Cardi B.
She debunked claims her song with Tic Tac got traction on Instagram because she recorded a twerk video to it.
“I wasn’t even twerking. I was only bouncing and raising my dress and I got one million vies under one hour. Its huge because I know a lot of celebrities with 3 million followers that can’t have 1 million views in one hour. and I don’t even have that much followers”.
