Entertainment journalist, Gloria Akpe Nyarku-Acquah widely known as MzGee has confirmed her exit from the Multimedia Group Limited.
Rumour went rife over the weekend about MzGee’s exit from the Kokomlemle-based media organisation.
Although she remained coy over the issue, the ace TV presenter in a post subtly confirmed her exit.
MzGee posted a flier with Media General’s logos which welcomed her to the media hub.
The flier which had MzGee’s picture on the side was captioned: “Welcome to the Family MzGee”
MzGee joined Multimedia in 2014 where she started as a producer for Campus on Hitz in April 2014 and later became the substantive host of the show by August that year.
By February 2015, she was the bench for Hitz FM’s flagship show, Daybreak Hitz and was then put on the entertainment desk as a reporter in May that same year.
Through hardwork, she was made the entertainment news presenter on the prime time news with Isreal Laryea.
MzGee in 2016 was selected by management of Multimedia Broadcasting to cover the African Movie Academy Awards(AMAA) which was held in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
She also hosted the Gee Spot and The Gist prior to her exit.
