Bullhaus Entertainment Boss Lawrence Asiamah Hanson, popularly known as Bulldog, is definitely not alone when it comes to artist managers who believe that it is impossible for an artist to be managed by the opposite sex without the involvement of sexual relations, as CEO of Made Men Music Group, Ubi Franklin is strongly backing him.

Bulldog, has on several media platforms advocated that only male managers should manage male musicians and vice-versa. For him, it is almost impossible to work with an artiste of the opposite sex without sexual encounters. Whilst this may sound unprofessional, he is not the only one with this assertion.

Nigerian artist manager, Ubi Franklin, in an interview with Mzgee, stressed that the working relationship between an artist and the manager was almost always an emotional one.

“Even when you are managing a male artist, you sometimes get very very emotionally attached. We don’t sing sad songs. When you start managing a female artist, there is a possibility that you guys will end up becoming very close…When you start a career with an artist, you are everything to the artist. Artists are very emotional and don’t know what to do sometimes,” he said.
