Sultry Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Nelson has revealed her daughter Ryn Roberts was born with jaundice.
The mother of one indicated that the negative media comments she was greeted with after her child birth was the least of her concerns as she had her daughter’s ailment to battle with.
Yvonne Nelson who was a guest on Yvonne Okoro’s cooking show ‘Dining with Cooks and Braggarts’ said she remains resolute to her decision to give birth out of wedlock despite the harsh criticism.
“When I gave birth to Ryn, she had jaundice so I was already fighting that and didn’t pay attention to the stories and criticisms online. My lawyer wrote to some of the journalists and they stopped writing those negative stuff about my pregnancy and giving birth. Some did apologize to me but I don’t really need those apologies.” She disclosed
The ‘Heels and Sneakers’ actress added that her priorities changed completely when she became a mother.
“My priorities have changed ever since I became a mom and I see life differently.” Yvonne Nelson said on ‘Dining with Cooks and Braggarts’
