
Veteran Highlife musician, Kaakyire Kwame Appiah has described some Ghanaian musicians as comedians.
Naming Shatta Wale, Kofi Kinaata and Pataapa as his pick, the 24th hitmaker explained the these musicians entertain Ghanaians with their acts.
Speaking on 3FM’s Sunrise, Kaakyire Kwame Appiah said the new crop of musicians are doing well.
“Shatta Wale, Patapaa and Kofi Kinaata are like comedians. Especially Shatta Wale who usually shares funny videos on his social media pages just to make us laugh.” He said in Twi
He who spoke fondly about some young artistes also lauded them for putting up good records.
“When you listen to some of these young artsites like Kuami Eugene, Kidi and King Promise, you could tell they are doing so well. I really love them because they are good.” He stated
Kaakyire who disclosed that he is the godfather of Swedru based musician, Patapaa added that he will be releasing his next album in August next year.
