Rapper Pappy Kojo has said the “kumasi” in the music of fellow rapper, Strongman is too thick.
The ‘Green Means Go’ hitmaker explained that although he strongly admires the rap prowess of the rapper, he finds it difficult to comprehend some of the things he says.
In a conversation with MzGee on ‘The Gist’, Pappy Kojo said the mastering of the Akan language by Strongman in his rap is quite heavy for him to dissect.
” I love Strongman. I know he can really rap but the thing with Strongman is that the Kumasi is very thick, the language is very thick for me so certain things he says, I don’t understand but its not his fault.” He explained
The Fante rapper who vehemently noted that he has no competition in Ghana when it comes to rap however stated that there are a few rappers he admires.
