Rapper Pappy Kojo has said his home region, Takoradi has produced some of the best musicians for the country.
The ‘Balance’ hitmaker indicated that Takoradi which has in recent times produced artistes such as Kofi Kinaata, Pappy Kojo among others has also produced some musical legends.
Speaking in an interview on 3FM’s Sunrise, Pappy Kojo indicatec that music in in the DNAs of people from that side.
“We just have it(music). Its in the DNA, we just have it all. Even going all the way back to C.K Mann, Paapa Yankson, Ambulley, TH4 Kwages, among others you could see we’ve always had it.” He stated
The ‘Thomas Pompoyeyaw’ rapper also hinted on releasing an album early next year.
“Its kind of difficult to make money here in Ghana from albums cos I don’t think people really pay attention to that. It used to be back then when people really wanted an album but now a days its a whole different vibe.
“But I’ve been working on my album this whole year so hopefully, early next year it should be out before my birthday.” Pappy Kojo disclosed
